We only source honey direct from reputable farmers and take pride in being able to supply different flavours from specific blossoms in different seasons of the year. Due to a local honey shortage in South Africa our current honey on tap is sourced from a rural development project in Zambia which has been set up and developed by local beekeepers. This honey gets its flavour from the an indigenous tree, locally known as the motondu.
