Green Smoothie Bowl Recipe With Hemp Seeds
- 1 large banana, frozen
- 1/4 cup pineapple, frozen
- Handful kale or spinach
- 1 Tbs hemp seeds
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- 1 orange, peeled
- Add all ingredients into blender and blend!
- Serve and enjoy.
