Blueberry And Lemon Smoothie Recipe With Hemp Seeds
- 1/2 cup milk of your choice or water or yoghurt
- 3/4 cup oats
- 1 banana or avo or 1 medium size marrow
- 1 - 2 Tbs hemp seeds
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- Zest and juice from 1 lemon
- Fresh mint (optional)
- Add all ingredients into blender and blend!
- Serve and enjoy.
